4. Get finances in order and prepare your budget

8. Negotiate a price and make an offer
9. Confirm closing date
10. Arrange for a home inspection – our inspector list
11. Notify mortgage consultant that you found a property so they can start the appraisal and title process and lock in your interest rate. They can provide you with a good faith estimate showing what your mortgage payment will be and how much cash will be needed for closing.
12. Title company will notify you of what time and where you need to be on the date of closing and will inform you what to bring to closing
13. Pack and set up your move – approved moving companies
14. Conduct final walk-through of home
